Bhavik is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in the engineering industry, including about 8 years in engineering and technology services. A majority part of his experience shows a strong focus on product development and R&D.
At Katalyst, Bhavik is responsible for all areas of the engineering delivery operations, striving for to create and deliver the best in class products and business practices for our clients.
Bhavik has been instrumental in implementing engineering strategies for customers, driving partnerships, and enhancing domain expertise across industry verticals, including automotive, industrial and off-highway (construction, lifting, mining and farm) machinery in global, multi-site and multi-cultural environments. In this role, his focus areas include strengthening our engineering services business and consolidating our design-led manufacturing expertise.
Bhavik holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Gujarat University and an MBA-Finance from MIT College of Management, Pune.
Bhavik is based at Katalyst’ s Pune, India office.
